The Journey Church is a community of believers seeking to bring hope and healing to our community and the world ... transforming lives, communities, and the culture to reflect God's heart for all peoples.
This year, Easter is on April 21. It's a day when people who normally sleep in or go camping or do anything else will break their routine, put on unusually nice clothes, and go to church. But why?
Join us Sundays in April as we consider the question, Why Easter? It's about resurrection: Jesus' resurrection, of course; but ultimately it's about our resurrection from death to life. It's about hope. And I hope you'll join us!
We've also launched Trail Guide right after our Sunday services. These weekly 90-minute sessions include lunch, will explore the vision and values that guide The Journey Church, and will equip participants to join us on our mission for God. It is also a great way to get to know the church and learn how to get connected. A different topic will be discussed each week.
By the way, we're a pretty casual church, so no need to dress up all fancy; just come as you are most comfortable, pour yourself a cup of coffee, and join us on The Journey.
To make disciples of Christ, who make disciples of Christ who: Love God, Obey God and Serve God.
We see a caring community, who, by practically and creatively demonstrating the love of God, plants churches, equips and encourages families and individuals to thrive in the power of Christ.

Bible Reading Plan for Lent
During Lent—the 40 days leading up to Easter—we are encouraging the church to join together reading through the Gospel of John. Printed schedules are available in the church office; we will be posting each day's reading, Monday through Friday, on Facebook; and we will email the readings to anyone who signs up.
